Where do you ship from?
To offer the most competitive prices on luxury items, our fulfillment center is located in China. Every item is inspected by our team before shipping.
Why is my tracking not updating?
International tracking often updates once the package clears customs in your country. Please allow 5-7 days between updates.
Can I return a wig or nails?
Due to hygiene standards, wigs and nails can only be returned if the security seal on the packaging is unbroken. Once opened, they are final sale.
I need to change my address!
Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed (1-5 days), we cannot change the destination.
